Keeping Up With Your Skincare Resolutions in 2018

As we head into the second month of the new year, it's easy for well-intentioned New Year's resolutions to fall by the wayside. Don't worry too much about it. We've rounded up a few quick and easy tips to help you stick with those skincare resolutions and leave you glowing throughout the entirety of 2018. And if you slip up and forget these too, remember not to be too hard on yourself. We're belatedly declaring 2018 the year of self-kindness and self-care.

Assess the products you currently use

The new year is a great time to take stock of what you’re putting in and on your body. Remember to check the ingredients list on every product you use to be sure that you aren’t slathering on any artificial or synthetic “filler” ingredients that can be harmful for your skin and that each product on your top shelf is cruelty free and ethically made. It feels good to be confident in your self-care routine.

Don't skimp on the moisturizer

This sounds like an obvious step, but it can be easy to forget. A good moisturizer will keep you hydrated and smooth, and help your skin retain water.
